Auburn REALTOR Chris Dunlap joins the Weichert, Realtors - Porter Properties Team 

Chris Dunlap was born in Birmingham, Al and moved to Auburn at an early age. He attended Lee-Scott Academy and then went onto to attend Auburn University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Minor in History.

Upon graduation Chris was hired at Tiger Communications where he produced, wrote and was the on-air talent for the Auburn Network. He also engineered the Auburn baseball games including the Pat Dye Show.

After 10 years in the radio industry Chris decided to change his career path and has been working the past several years as a Marketing and Site Selection consultant for various industries in the Southeast. He believes these experiences has honed his communication skills and equipped him to work with a variety of diverse people. In addition to his excellent communications skills, Chris’s consultant career has allowed him to adapt and be successful in obtaining the desired goals of his clients which is an essential part of assisting buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs.

When Chris isn’t meeting the needs of his clients, he enjoys reading autobiographies and history books. He also is an avid sports fan and is a collector of over 1000 vinyl records. In addition to a love of reading, sports and music he has been professionally trained in the art of casino gaming and plays blackjack and poker.

As a long-time Lee County citizen, Chris will concentrate in commercial and industrial property while also helping his clients with game-day and single-family homes. He is eager to continue to meet the needs of his customers and clients in his new role as a real estate agent.
