Benji Roland recently joined the Weichert Team in July of 2020. Benji has 27 years of solid sales experience in pharmaceutical sales. During his pharmaceutical career he has won six President Club Awards which recognizes the top sales representatives and finished one spot out for his 7th. He has finished in the top 10% of national sales for 10 consecutive years and in the top 30% for 15 years prior. Benji serves as a trainer, pharmacy lead, and Area Council for Midsouth. He is a Georgia native, but has resided in Auburn, Alabama for 30+ years. During his 30 years in Auburn he has grown a large network of friends and community members.

 Benji moved to Auburn in 1985 where he played football for Auburn University under coach Pat Dye and received a Bachelor of Science degree.  He went on to play Professional Football for Atlanta Falcons and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but his long-term goal was to one day return to the Plains.  Since returning to Auburn in 1996, he has been involved with Auburn University Athletics, Auburn High School Athletics (Booster club president), Board member Parks and Recreation City of Auburn, and a active member of Moore's Mill Club.

Benji and his wife, Kelli, currently live in Grove Hill Subdivision.

They have a blended family of four sons, Mitchell (Katlyn) Roland, Hunter Roland, Triston Manley, Karston Manley and a daughter Grayson Roland.  

In his spare time, Benji enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, grilling, watching Auburn Football and hosting events.
