Residential sales in Lee County are seasonal, typically peaking in Spring, Summer and early Fall; however this year, February had great numbers with an increase of 28.6 percent compared to last year. With this stat, it will mark the eighth consecutive month Auburn property and Lee County sales have improved when compared to the same month last year.

Homes for sale in Auburn & Lee County’s sales growth exceeded the state’s residential sales 12.3 percent and America’s market which showed an 8.8 percent increase according to the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

If these stats weren’t enough, the Auburn homes supply has also decreased 17 percent from 2011, pairing this with low interest rates, makes right now an incredible time to buy and gives more potential for sellers to sell their property in a timely manner.
